Virat Kohli and Cristiano Ronaldo, two sporting icons of the modern world won two major titles in the last week. Kohli won his maiden IL title with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) after being with the franchise for 18 years.
Ronaldo, on the other hand, won the UEFA Nations League title as his team Portugal, won the match in the shootout against Spain. He did not participate in the shootout, however, his emotions were there to see for all after his team secured a win.
Both Ronaldo and Kohli cried like babies after their team won their respective titles. Kohli scored 43 in the final while Ronaldo could not participate in the shootout due to cramps.

Fans on Twitter celebrated the victories of Ronaldo and Kohli as one of their own. They respected the emotions they saw from the two megastars and could not hold back their expression.
Virat Kohli spoke after helping RCB win their first IPL title. His emotions were very raw and his comments felt more like a relief as the monkey was finally off the back for the former skipper.
"This win is as much for the fans as it is for the team. It has been 18 long years, I have given this team my youth, my prime and my experience and I have tried to win this every season that I have come and I have given everything I have and to finally have this moment come, it is an unbelievable feeling. I never thought this day would come. I was overcome with emotions as soon as the last ball was bowled and this means so much to me, as I said I have given each and every ounce of energy to this team and to finally win an IPL is an amazing feeling".

Winning For Portugal Is Special - Cristiano Ronaldo
Meanwhile, for Portugal's Ronaldo, it was a major national title for the team since the 2016 Euro Cup win. The Portuguese captain is now 40 and he said winning a trophy for Portugal means everything to him.
"I’m so happy. Winning for Portugal is very special. I have many titles, but nothing is better than winning for Portugal. The tears and the sense of duty fulfilled. It’s beautiful. It’s our nation. We are a small nation of people, but with great ambition. I’ve lived in many countries, I’ve played for many clubs, but when they talk about Portugal it’s a special feeling. Being the captain of this generation, it’s a source of pride.
